Martyrs' Remembrance Day is a legal day to commemorate the heroes of your country. Many countries around the world have their own legal Martyrs' Remembrance Day, and each year these countries hold a solemn public ceremony to commemorate their heroes on their legal memorial day. China's Martyrs' Remembrance Day is celebrated on 30 September every year.   

The Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on the Establishment of Martyrs' Memorial Day, adopted at the 10th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 12th National People's Congress on August 31, 2014, stipulates that September 30 will be established as Martyrs' Memorial Day. Each year, the State holds activities to commemorate martyrs on 30 September.
